50 State Brokerage

Editorial Policy

Regulatory content on this site is written from primary sources — state statutes, administrative rules and the state real estate regulator — uses each jurisdiction's own statutory terminology only where that terminology has been confirmed, carries a review date, and is corrected when a reader or a regulator update shows it is wrong.

Primary sources first

Where a state page cites a source, the citation points at the regulator or the statute itself rather than a secondary summary. Where a jurisdiction's supervising-broker title has not been confirmed against a primary source, this site uses neutral wording instead of guessing.

Review dates and corrections

Pages carry a "Last reviewed" date reflecting the last time the content was checked against sources. To report an error, use the contact and scheduling page; corrections are made on the page itself.

Information, not legal advice

Requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. This page is general information, not legal advice — confirm current rules with the state regulator or qualified counsel before acting. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a substitute for guidance from a qualified lawyer or from the state regulator.

First-party service claims

Claims about 50 State Brokerage's own services, coverage, volumes or engagement terms are first-party statements from internal records. Fees, timing and contractual terms are set in a written agreement and are not published as guarantees.
